President

Jeanne’s 43 years industry, chasing business throughout Central Jersey, is the standard in which we all try to achieve.  Her relentless energy, fun loving demeanor and chocolate chip cookies make real estate attorneys and their staff work with a smile!!

Prior to becoming a member of Sterling Title Agency, Tom worked as a marketing representative for Title Agency, Inc in So. River, NJ.  From 1991 to 1998, Tom developed his clientele in Middlesex County, as well as Mercer, Monmouth and Somerset. 

Since becoming a member of Sterling, Tom, along with Jeanne and now son, Tom, Jr are developing business in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Ocean and Hunterdon. 

Sterling goes anywhere!!  From Cape May County to Sussex County.   Tom specializes in developing commercial work.

Tom has served on the Hamilton Township Economic Development Advisory Committee.

Tom was basketball official for 30 years and currently assigns to young officials in Hamilton Little Lads Basketball,

Cindy Clough

Cindy has been with Sterling Title for 24 years.  Cindy spent many years in the commercial real estate industry as paralegal for attorneys and developers.  She is organized, proactive, and diligent when preparing settlement statements and working with lenders. 

Barbara DeStefano

Barb has been with Sterling for many years.  As a closer, Barb works closely with attorneys, realtors and lenders to make sure that your transaction goes smoothly!  Barb has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been a paralegal several of the areas top law firms.

Lyndsay DeStefano

As the newcomer on the block, Lyndsay has carried the torch of Cindy and Barb and is doing a fantastic job acquiring the knowledge and putting into practice what she has learned.

Michelle Weiss

Post-closing department 

Michele is another veteran of the legal industry.  She has worked as a real estate paralegal for many years prior to joining Sterling Title four years ago.  Michele handles post closing making all documents are recorded.

Jennifer Holden

Jennifer has been with Sterling for over 20 years off and on.  She plays the intracule role coordinating county and state searches in order to give clients accurate yet quick and reliable information.

Kim Miller

Kim keeps records of all financial transactions, balances accounts and oversees everything financial!  Hired as a receptionist 5 years ago, became the bookkeeper after the retirement of our previous bookkeeper.  Kim was given great guidance and has enlarged her role in the company.

April was hired as an 18 year old in the early days of Sterling Title.  She learned at the hands of Tom Ryan, a trusted and giant name in the title industry.  Tom worked with April for five years until he moved to greener pastures allowing April the opportunity to grow into the role she currently holds.  She has been so impressive!

Samantha Heintz

Sam, works the phone as the receptionist, but does so much more.  She does data entry into our sales program.  She makes sure the office looks good for closings and she repairs desks, chairs lights, and anything else that needs to be fixed.
